You run a part of the marketing side of the agency: you lead the posting team, own account growth and reach, and drive the numbers that scale us. You're a real manager here — you have targets, you own them, and we build the systems to hit them together.

We're an AI-creator agency, and we're scaling toward seven figures a month, fast. The knowledge, the systems, and the team are already in place — what we're always short on is people who show up and execute without being chased.
This is a remote role, but it's not hands-off. You work closely with the Ascensus team, get pushed, and grow fast. We'll teach you the tools and the systems — your job is to bring the effort and grow past whatever's been holding you back.
Everything we run on is built in-house — our own systems, our own playbooks — so you're never waiting on someone else to move. You're autonomous, and built for the long term.

Your mission
- Lead the team leads and the posting team — assignments, quality, daily output, accountability
- Own reach, growth, and conversion across every account your team touches
- Improve our systems and tools so the whole operation scales
- Hit your targets, flag what needs flagging, and push the numbers up every week
What we look for
- Fluent, bilingual English — non-negotiable
- French on top of that is a strong plus
- Real experience managing people, or in marketing/social at scale
- Comfortable working fully remote with real accountability — no one's checking that you're online
- Autonomous, data-driven, fast, and built for the long term
Compensation
A fixed base, plus a percentage of the revenue you help generate — so you make a real living, and win even bigger as we grow. Paid weekly.
