Our in-house video editor runs with Claude, so knowing how to use Claude Code is non-negotiable. This is for an A player who delivers without being chased — if you're not ready to grind, don't apply.
Who we are, and the mission
We're an AI-creator agency, and we're scaling toward seven figures a month, fast. The knowledge, the systems, and the team are already in place — what we're always short on is people who show up and execute without being chased.
This is a remote role, but it's not hands-off. You work closely with the Ascensus team, get pushed, and grow fast. We'll teach you the tools and the systems — your job is to bring the effort and grow past whatever's been holding you back.
Everything we run on is built in-house — our own systems, our own playbooks — so you're never waiting on someone else to move. You're autonomous, and built for the long term.

Your mission

- Turn one clip into several versions — hook, pacing, text, sound — to find what performs
- Spot the formats that work right now and adapt them fast
- Work in our in-house video editor with Claude to deliver more, faster
What we look for
- You know how to use Claude Code — non-negotiable
- A clear understanding of what makes a video perform on social media
- Able to adapt to multiple formats and styles
- An A player: fast, reliable, and you don't need to be told twice
- A computer that handles video editing, and a solid internet connection
Compensation
A competitive, stable salary plus bonuses — and occasional free trips with the team (Bali, Dubai, Thailand…). This is for people ready to grind and completely change their financial situation.
