You run the chatting side of the operation — you own the systems, the conversion, and the revenue, and you refine the scripts that scale sales. You're a real manager here: you have targets, you own them, and you build the systems to hit them.

We're an AI-creator agency, and we're scaling toward seven figures a month, fast. The knowledge, the systems, and the team are already in place — what we're always short on is people who show up and execute without being chased.
This is a remote role, but it's not hands-off. You work closely with the Ascensus team, get pushed, and grow fast. We'll teach you the tools and the systems — your job is to bring the effort and grow past whatever's been holding you back.
Everything we run on is built in-house — our own systems, our own playbooks — so you're never waiting on someone else to move. You're autonomous, and built for the long term.

Your mission
- Coach and manage the chatters — shifts, quality, scripts, accountability
- Own conversion and revenue per chatter and across your whole team
- Refine scripts and improve our tools so sales keep scaling
- Hit your targets, flag what needs flagging, and push the numbers up every week
What we look for
- Fluent, bilingual English — non-negotiable
- French on top of that is a strong plus
- Real experience as a chatter and/or running a chatting or sales team — cash and sales experience matters here
- Comfortable working fully remote with real accountability
- Autonomous, data-driven, fast, and built for the long term
Compensation
A fixed base, plus a percentage of the revenue your team generates — so you make a real living, and win even bigger as we grow. Paid weekly.
